Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the implementation of the company's recruitment work, including statistics on recruitment needs, drafting of recruitment manuscripts, job release and update maintenance, resume screening, candidate interview appointments, etc.;
2. Responsible for the employment notice and the entry procedures of new employees, collect entry information, sign labor contracts, and establish personnel files;
3. Responsible for the follow-up assessment of new employees during the probation period, the handling of various procedures such as employee conversion, resignation, transfer, etc., establish and update employee files, and complete annual and monthly personnel dynamic procedures and statistics;
4. Responsible for the handling of various insurances, housing provident funds and other benefits for employees;
5. Responsible for the change, renewal, termination, and early termination of the labor contract of the company's employees, as well as statistical reporting;
6. Responsible for supervising employees' daily attendance and monthly attendance statistics;
7. Responsible for the purchase, warehousing and distribution of fixed assets, office supplies, experimental devices and equipment, and regularly do data recording, update, and settlement work;
8. Responsible for regularly labeling, inventory, management and maintenance of the company's various daily office assets;
9. Responsible for all kinds of material procurement and administrative expenses request and write-off declaration, such as: daily material purchase, air ticket hotel reservation, courier fee, drinking water, rent and property fee, telephone network fee, etc.;
10. Responsible for drafting and revising the company's various reports, notices the proposed issuance, and is responsible for the handling of various certificates, annual inspections, and renewal of changes, etc.;
11. Responsible for the maintenance, inspection and tracking of the company's office conditions and environment, office facilities, such as: access control card management and address book update and backup, reception and connection of external personnel, delivery and delivery of express and parcels, and keeping the network open, etc. ;
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in human resource management and administrative management;
2. Possess HR professional knowledge, understand various national labor and personnel regulations and policies, and 1-3 years of relevant work experience;
3. Good written and oral expression skills, affinity and service awareness, strong communication comprehension and learning ability, hard-working, meticulous and conscientious work, strong principle, good execution and professionalism;
4. Proficiency in using common office software, such as: Excel, Word, PPT, etc.;
5. Fluent in English, listening, speaking, reading and writing.
